Michael Carbone, Michael Carbone is the Executive Director of the North Dakota Coalition for Homeless People, Inc. Carbone also serves on the Gladys Ray Shelter Advisory Board, the Clay-Wilkin Homeless Prevention and Assistance Advisory Committee, the State Prevention Team against sexual violence, NDANO’s public policy committee, the ND Affordable Housing Alliance and several other ad hoc work groups.

Prior to serving as the NDCHP’s Executive Director he served as the Executive Director for the Fargo Moorhead Coalition for Homeless Persons, and earlier as the coordinator of the Clay-Wilkin Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program at Lakes and Prairies Community Action in Moorhead, MN. He holds a degree in political science from Minnesota State University at Moorhead.

Linda Meyer, HMIS Database Administrator, started with the Coalition in May 2007. With her extensive background in programming and data base management, Linda is working to build a fully functioning Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). The HMIS will provide information to homeless providers and policy makers, for the purpose of improving the delivery of housing and services to homeless individuals and families.
